Your rights and responsibility
Creators keep ownership of their work and must own or have permission to publish it. A future service license should be limited to hosting, processing, distributing, promoting within the product, and providing user-requested playback.
Curated open media
Some preview videos are streamed from their original Wikimedia Commons host under the public-domain or Creative Commons terms linked beside each video. Rights remain with the named creator where applicable. Availability depends on the source host, and BraveVid does not claim ownership or preservation of those files.
Not permitted
Illegal child exploitation, credible targeted threats, non-consensual intimate material, severe doxxing, malware, phishing, scams, deliberate spam manipulation, and unlawful rights violations are not permitted.
No viewpoint guarantee without false absolutes
The product is designed not to punish lawful viewpoints. It cannot promise to host all material in every country. Valid laws and court orders may require narrow action. Creator-launch terms must state governing law, jurisdiction, age, dispute process, copyright agent, and contact details.
Preview availability
The viewer preview is provided without uptime, preservation, monetization, or open-creator moderation commitments. Public upload intake is disabled.
