Your rights and responsibility
Creators keep ownership of their work and must own or have permission to publish it. The service license is limited to hosting, processing, distributing, promoting within the product, and providing user-requested playback.
AI content eligibility
BraveVid accepts AI-generated and AI-assisted films, shorts and videos. Creators must truthfully disclose the AI contribution and hold necessary permissions for all included content, voices and likenesses. Human-created elements are welcome; videos without creative AI involvement are not eligible. Uploads require administrator review before publication.
External videos
Curated external entries link to or embed videos from their original providers, including YouTube and Vimeo. Embedding does not transfer ownership or grant a right to download, redistribute or reuse the work. Source links and any stated license appear beside the video. Rights remain with their owners and playback availability depends on the provider.
Not permitted
Illegal child exploitation, credible targeted threats, non-consensual intimate material, severe doxxing, malware, phishing, scams, deliberate spam manipulation, and unlawful rights violations are not permitted.
No viewpoint guarantee without false absolutes
The product is designed not to punish lawful viewpoints. It cannot promise to host all material in every country. Valid laws and court orders may require narrow action. Creator-launch terms must state governing law, jurisdiction, age, dispute process, copyright agent, and contact details.
Service availability
Creator access is approval-based. Uploads remain private until reviewed, and the service is provided without uptime, preservation, or monetization commitments.
